After noticing a spike in their gas bill, our customer decided to reach out to the gas company who informed them their high bill was due to the water heater constantly running and consuming the gas, and the reason for the water heater always running was a pinhole leak somewhere in their hot water line. They reached out to us at Pegasus Leak Detection for Slab Leak Services in Camarillo, CA and we were able to located the leak as well sad the what pipes contained the leak for a possible reroute. The leak was located under the kitchen oven cabinet. Instead of removing the cabinet and jackhammering through the floor, our customer decided to do the reroute from the marked line in the garage to the kitchen hot water line bypassing the leak.
