Our customer called us out noticing warm floors for a few days in a row. They had the heat on at  night, and the vent does point in that direction, so those floors are always a little warmer for them, but they seemed a little exceptionally hot over the last few days. They indeed did have a slab leak in their hot water lines going to the kitchen. This leak detection was performed in Ventura, CA.
