Our customer gave us a call in the morning after walking out into their hallway and coming across soaking wet carpet. Upon arriving, we here at Pegasus Leak Detection quickly determined that the leak was in cold water line and determined exactly what pipe underground had the leak and then determined it’s exact location. As you can see, they had serious water damage in their hallway but the leak was actually located in the kitchen, which is quite far from the damaged hallway. Water will always take the path of least resistance, so you can never predict where it will go. The crack in their slab provided an easy route for water to reach the surface.
