Ever since our customer purchased their new home, they have noticed small amounts of water damage in their ceiling. They said it comes and goes and it’s been going on for several months. They decided to have this issue further investigated, so they decided to call the pros at Pegasus Leak Detection and have us take a look. After taking some moisture readings, we informed the customer that the bubble on their ceiling was indeed water damage and was currently very saturated. After performing a few leak detection tests, we informed the customer they had a drain line leak and had located exactly where the leak was so it can be quickly repaired.
