Our customer reached out us at Pegasus Leak Detection and was in an emergency situation. They are in escrow and just about two weeks before closing, their garage started to flood.  They needed a leak detection done fast and efficient! Since they are in escrow and selling the house, they didn’t want to go directly through the floor to repair the leak is they would have to replace the tile throughout the house. They instead decided to perform a reroute to bypass the slab leak. We here at Pegasus Leak Detection located the leak, and isolated exactly what pipes carry the leak allowing the plumber to correctly bypass the leak by running new plumbing overhead.
